These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phpark21 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing phpark21, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and phpark21 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phpark21 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the phpark21 Platform. This age requirement is imposed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Any person who is below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing or using any gaming feature of the Platform.
2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines or are otherwise lawfully permitted to use the Platform from your jurisdiction; (c) you are of sound mind and are not acting under duress; and (d) you are not a current employee, director, or contractor of phpark21 or any of its affiliated entities.
2.3 phpark21 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by phpark21 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.4 It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. phpark21 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on the phpark21 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods) are prohibited. phpark21 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated therewith.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify phpark21 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. phpark21 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any credits, winnings, or benefits accrued therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpark21 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. Available methods may vary and are displayed within the Account wallet section at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in the Account wallet at the time of each transaction and are subject to change at phpark21's discretion.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the phpark21 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit to the same Account, subject to KYC completion. phpark21 reserves the right to impose enhanced verification for withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud.
4.5 Processing Times. phpark21 endeavours to process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to three (3) banking days. phpark21 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network outages.
4.6 No Third-Party Funding. You may not use payment methods belonging to a third party to fund your Account. phpark21 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party payment source and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.1 phpark21 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, bingo ticket credits, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps attributable to bonus winnings.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified; unused bonus credits expire upon the expiry of the applicable period.
5.3 phpark21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of phpark21 are not eligible to participate in promotions.
6.1 All games available on the phpark21 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment overseen by trained dealers in professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of any user action following the placement of a wager.
6.2 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, phpark21's system records shall be the primary reference for determining the outcome of any disputed round. phpark21 reserves the right to void Wagers affected by verifiable software or hardware errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpark21 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the phpark21 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of phpark21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phpark21's prior written consent.
9.1 phpark21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 phpark21 may share personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law, and with payment processors and KYC service providers as necessary to operate the Platform.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 phpark21's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. phpark21 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.1 phpark21 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players who are experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling behaviour are encouraged to use the self-help tools available in the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.
11.2 Players who self-exclude from the Platform acknowledge that phpark21 will take reasonable technical steps to enforce the exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access if the Player attempts to circumvent the exclusion, including by registering a new account in breach of clause 3.1.
11.3 Players under self-exclusion who re-register and are identified by phpark21 will have their new account closed, and any resulting winnings may be forfeited and donated to a responsible gambling charity.
11.4 phpark21 complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to responsible gaming, including mandatory exclusion lists and player protection procedures.
12.1 phpark21 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached this Agreement; (b) the Player's Account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity; or (c) regulatory requirements necessitate such action.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, phpark21 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a balance is legitimately owed following investigation, phpark21 will return Real Money Funds within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
12.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting phpark21 customer support. Outstanding Real Money Fund balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory KYC review.
13.1 phpark21 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the effective date of the change, where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to phpark21's customer support for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phpark21 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
